Working principle:The machine unit is made up of hopper,classifier wheel, stepped gear, pulverizing knife, gear ring, pulverizing motor, discharging port, fan blade, collecting box, vacuum box etc., The material is fed into the pulverizing room through the charging bucket, and pulverized by knife with high rotation. The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of the gap between stepped gear and stepped pan. (The well processed material is suctioned from the pulverizing room to the hoppocket in the aggregating box by fan blade with high rotation, while the half-processed material will remain to be pulverized in the pulverizing room.) The dust in the hop pocket is collected by the dust collection box. The machine unit is designed according to GMP standard.
